Adelina E. Simpson

Ms. Simpson is a 2015 graduate of Brandeis University where she served on the staff of the Schuster Institute for Investigative Journalism. A published author, Adelina is also a 2018 graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law and a candidate for admission to the New York State bar. As a law student, she obtained a concentration in intellectual property, completing coursework in patent, trademark and copyright law.

While in law school, Adelina was elected by her peers to serve as Executive Publication Editor of the Buffalo Law Review, where she revised academic articles for journal publication and supervised associate members. Prior to joining TrademarkShoppe, Ms. Simpson held positions at a global architecture, engineering, and design corporation as well as a settlement planning firm. She also served as an intern for United States Magistrate Judge Leslie G. Foschio of the United States District Court, Western District of New York.

Like many TrademarkShoppe clients, Ms. Simpson has an entrepreneurial spirit, having launched a successful small business by the time she finished middle school. Adelina’s strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to serving clients make her a critical member of the TrademarkShoppe team.
